My Story
I started baking when I was about 7 years old with my Aunt Trina. I remember going to her house after school and learning new recipes and techniques. We'd bake cookies, cakes, and many other sweet treats to share with my family. I carried the love for baking that my aunt instilled in me as I grew older. I broadened my horizons to bread and more intricate pastries. My family was always the recipient of these treats until a couple of summers ago. I decided to start taking orders from family and friends. Starting up Sweeter Than Honey was both challenging and rewarding. I've learned so many new things, from finances to social media. I love this little bakery and I can't wait to watch it grow.
